Atlanta, GA, December 13, 2018 – Total Server Solutions, a global provider of managed services, high performance infrastructure, and custom solutions to individuals and businesses in a wide range of industries has formally announced the hiring of Jim Harris as Channel Director. Harris, an industry veteran, is an experienced channel professional with over 16 years of channel experience. At his 3 previous companies, Harris was tasked with developing and overseeing the start-up of their channel programs. He will look to continue and build off that success at TSS by providing the keys to TSS’ extensive platform of custom engineered services to the re-seller community.

Harris will directly engage with the sales team to develop and implement a complete corporate channel strategy for Total Server Solutions translating TSS’ sales goals into channel strategies creating revenue for both TSS and their partners. In addition, he will oversee and administer the selection of channel marketing partners, budgets, and the positioning of all channel related sales activities.
Previously Harris served as National Channel Manager for Stratus Technologies, Peak 10, and Office Depot’s CompuCom division. From New York, he studied at Fredonia State University and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida where he obtained his pilots license. Jim is married with four children and resides in central Florida.
