Inside Sales Agent
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in telecom/datacenter sales.
- Understanding of network concepts & terminology.
- Must be able to work within a team environment.
- Meeting/exceeding monthly sales quotas.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Ability to handle heavy outbound calling.
- Motivation and ability to quickly learn and adapt.
- Familiarity with web-hosting & colocation industry.
- Experience working in & around 24/7 operational environments.
- Expectation to be challenged.
- Occasional travel to trade shows or to visit customers.
- Great time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Great people skills!
- Positive mind set.
- Ability to develop and execute a successful outbound call plan.
- Proven track record of building strong customer/provider relationships.
- Impeccable sense of ethics & integrity.
- High degree of independence and exceptional work ethic with exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to close deals!
- Must be located, or willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA area.
Not Required but a huge plus:
- Experience working trade shows & networking.
- Knowledge of Ubersmith software.
- Experience with international business.
- Bachelors degree.
- Bilingual.
What you’ll be doing:
If considered for our Inside Sales Agent position, you will be working to bring in new customers. After the sale, you’ll help build and maintain great customer relations. As an Inside Sales Agent you will be working with existing and prospective customers to steer them to our products to serve their needs. You will bring in new customers as a direct result of outbound calling coupled with networking. Employment will be based on quota requirements. We can guarantee that you will not be bored.
